I just wanted to thank you again for showing me around while I was in the Phoenix area last week.  Your relaxed yet professional manner in showing the listings was so helpful and allowed me to better filter exactly what I was trying to find.  While my husband and I both would prefer a new- build, finances and interesting lot choices may end up dictating a resale.  I do regret not looking at Sun City Grand just because it looks like a pretty neighborhood. I did not go back to Sun City Festival because I just didn't feel any pull to that neighborhood.

I have retuned home with renewed energy and we hope to have the house ready to put on the market by the end of September.  As things develop here, I will be in touch.  I have received Trilogy's CC & R's, budget, and by-laws from the community management company so we can become more familiar with the Trilogy neighborhood.

When I was looking for another house to purchase several other agents offered to help me find my house. However, they either did not listen or chose to show me the houses they thought I was looking for.
