Once the recommendation has been sent the agent will reach out to you to discuss your needs. This should happen within 24 hours of you submitting your request minus holidays and some weekends.
Our goal is to process your request within 4 hours of receipt to ensure you’re not waiting to learn more about your options in the area/areas you have selected. And yes you can request information on more than one region and an agent in those areas will be assigned.

Decide on the Agent

Agent Follow-up and Changes To Your Needs

Offer and Escrow Period

If they counter your offer you usually have up to 24 hours to decide to accept or counter again. Of course the agent will be there to give you advice along the way.
Once your contract is accepted you will have benchmarks to meet along the way, the first one is an earnest money deposit so make sure you have your checkbook with you or able to wire the money to the Title Company.
Then comes inspections, bylaws review, title commitment and others which your agent will walk you through the dates and ensure you get through this complex process with the least amount on inconvenience.
Final walk through and closing- you may or may not be here for these and in fact well over 50% of the purchases are completed remotely so rest assured your agent and title company will know how to handle it.
Time To Move In
