We had a chance today to preview the models and talk to the representatives from this new active adult community in Surprise, Arizona. This new community offers a great location and will give you all the amenities you would like in an over 55 community.
There are several features of these homes that really stood out to me!
- The first one was the NextGen homes they are building. These homes give you all the space you need with an additional space for a family member that gives them their own mini-home including a kitchen and awesome patio all while being connected to the main home through a door.
- Something we’re starting to see is the laundry room being connected to the master bedroom through the walk-in closet. No more walking all the way around the home to get to the laundry room which makes life so much easier.
