We now have more than 60 inventory homes available for purchase. And while some homes are near the powerlines, we have also just released about 20 inventory homes on the mountain side of the community. In Desert Pass (Phase T1) near the powerlines, there are many homes that have really nice, open backyard views, such as the Refuge model on lot 45…see the attached photo. Some of our homes in Desert Pass are carrying incentives of more than $70,000, but discounts on the mountainside are not that aggressive.
As for new homes builds we have some well-priced lots in the north part of the community in our Desert Arroyo neighborhood (Phase HH1-3) for Prelude and Retreat Series homes starting at $3,000. If your client wants to be on the mountain side of the community in our Golden Horizon (Phase F2) or Cholla Peak (Phase K2N2) neighborhoods, we have lots starting at just $8,000. We also have four really nice golf course/mountain view lots (attached photo) priced at $150,000, but ask me…I bet we can do a little better!
For cash buyers, we can provide a purchase incentive of 3% of the model home’s base price, and if your client finances with Pulte Mortgage, we’re offering 3% of the home’s base price as a closing cost incentive for spec purchases, and an extra 1% of the base price for any new builds financing with Pulte Mortgage.
