This month we took increases ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 on our homes here at Sun City Festival and right now our build time is 9-10 months.
At the present time, are no longer conducting “Easy-Offers” (bidding) on any home sites. We are still trying to manage our sales pace to the available level of construction capability, so right now we are releasing home sites weekly. We have six to sell this week, and I expect that we will be given a total of 25-30 homes to sell this month. Our lot availability is VERY LIMITED right now. We are building in four different neighborhoods and have a TOTAL OF 21 unsold lots in all of Sun City Festival.
But in another week or so we will open our next neighborhood (T-1) located near the arts and crafts building. It will bring nearly 100 new home sites to the community. That will be followed by L-2, located adjacent to the Saguaro Recreation Center sometime in October, and then F-2 at the northwest corner of Phase II, probably in the first quarter of 2022.
We have a good selection of INVENTORY HOMES available. You will see 18 homes, priced from $377,990 to more than $600,000. Most will be available for move-in before the end of the year.
