As we’re finding out the market has certainly changed and new construction is no different. We’re seeing much larger incentives from all the builders in Arizona making it a great time to make the move to active adult living.
Here’s the latest update from our contacts at Del Webb regarding the Sun City Festival current incentives, spec homes available and timeframes for building from the ground up!
There are some SIGNIFICANT discounts available on Sun City Festival Inventory Homes. And with an extra 6% discount on the base price, that can be applied toward closing costs or rate buydowns, your clients can save another $23,000 – $39,000. Cash buyers get an extra 3% discount off the base price.
Keep in mind that we have another 45 Inventory Homes under construction with completion dates between January and May, should that better fit your client’s timeline. The discounts are not as generous as a complete home, but they can still save between $25,000 to $60,000 with some additional incentives also available.
We also have plenty of home sites available in our newest Saguaro Bend neighborhood, located on the Mountain side of Sun City Festival. New builds are taking about 12-14 months from contract to delivery with our current incentives ranging between $25,000 and $65,000 depending on the model and financing/cash incentives. HOA Dues are still $145 per month.
