Tickets are now on sale for this Premier Wine and Food Event!
The Trilogy Wine Club is pleased to be hosting its first premier event of the year on April 24th, 2016. You will be able to sample six premium wines paired with delicious food prepared by the Kiva Club’s Chef Robbie.
The event will once again be led by Brett “Cal” Callison, a certified Sommelier representing Quench Fine Wines. The pairings are as follows:
Lucien Crochet, Sancerre, Sauvignon Blanc 2013 – Shrimp Stuffed with Lump Crab Meat with a Sauvignon Blanc butter sauce.
Flowers “Camp Meeting Ridge,” Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast, 2012 – Shiitake Mushroom Risotto topped with Sautéed Sea Scallops and Thyme.
Domaine Serene, Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, 2011 – Smoked Salmon Crème Fresh Stuffed Phyllo Cups.
Sesti Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany, 2008 – Cold Sliced Filet Mignon on Crostini with Horseradish Cream and Three-onion Marmalade.
Darioush Merlot, Napa County, 2012 – German Cambazola Triple Cream Blue Cheese, Apples and Fig Tartlet.
Figgins Estate Red, Walla Walla, Washington, 2012 – Pastel Tulip Chocolate Cup filled with Callebaut Crème au Chocolate & Les Framboises.
Wines are priced from $32 to $77and the cost for the event is $60 for members and $65 for non-members.
